Green Valley County Water District was formed by the residents in 1979 as a ”Special District” to provide water service and to solve problems within specific boundaries. Today, the District serves water to about 1,000 residents. At an elevation of 3,000 ft Green Valley is located in the Angeles National Forest in Southern California in Northeast Los Angeles County.
